the room was quite spacious, with a well designed layout that maximized the available space. the traditional breakfast was really really good, offering some of the best japanese food i have ever eaten. i also found the onsen to be a standout feature, the best spa experience i've encountered in a hotel. the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

the hotel location was a bit difficult to find initially coming from the station.

I appreciated the central location. It was near the station. the pajamas provided were comfortable and clean. they provided fresh ones every day. the staff was friendly too.

the spa entry process felt complicated. i had to scan my card multiple times. the breakfast lacked variety. i found only japanese options and no bread.

The entering process for the spa was ridiculous. I needed my room card to tag the door. Then, I had to touch my room card for the gate control, just like at the subway. After entering, I had to put my shoes in a box and keep the key, touch male and female on a display, tag the shoes key and the room card, and get special spa clothes. It felt as if someone was trying to make simple things complicated.

The breakfast included traditional Japanese foods with a large variety of seafood dishes. The staff offered excellent customer service and helped locate attractions. The hotel is near a pedestrian street, a prime spot for enjoying local cuisine! The onsen and spa facilities added to the relaxing experience.
